Riga is mostly Latvians followed by Russians. The population is 606,600 some in the time zone EET (UTC +2). The city has 50% of all the jobs in Latvia. Riga has one of the largest ports in the Baltic's area. A good deal of the jobs in Riga has to do with the rather large port.
The Baltics were a tribe back in B.C. Riga has been around sense 200 some B.C and it was the Baltic's camp, even though it's that old it is still only populated by 2 million people. The Baltic is this region
Riga in the modern time is heavy with the sea stuff. Sense it's location is right next to the Baltic sea.
